With a background in computer science, business, and user research, Ryan is known for bridging gaps across teams and enabling faster, more aligned decision-making. His ability to translate complex challenges into thoughtful, scalable design solutions has made him a valuable partner across product, engineering, and executive teams.
He has designed for both B2C and B2B companies across a wide range of industries, including Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Supply Chain, and Compliance. His work has supported global brands such as McDonald’s, Disney, BBC, Boeing, and Honeywell.
Ryan has held design leadership roles at Questrade and Achievers, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives. He is also a published contributor, a named inventor on multiple patents, and has consistently delivered high-impact work throughout his career.

Ryan was easily the best manager I've ever had. Before he joined, we had poorly defined processes and were lost in our work. After he brought in all his knowledge, our daily work became much easier. Besides the manager skills, Ryan has also a great background on UX and UI, always providing good feedback. The most important thing about him, in my opinion, is his relationships with people, always with a lot of empathy. Whichever company has Ryan as its manager will be very lucky!
